Theres not a lot of videos on the web about what it looks like when you candle chicken eggs. How do you know your chicks are developing properly and are on schedule to hatch at day 21? So, the best way to restart a flock with very little money, is to hatch them yourself.each Lang hen nowadays is $25-$30 per bird. And it cost a fraction of that to hatch it and raise it to age. May 27, 2007 I came across this video. I was boarding at Long Creek Stables at that time…. Yah. I didn’t always have the horses on my property. I really miss that barn and the people I met there. I’ve made some lifelong friends there. Every person who has a horse SHOULD experience barn life for at least a year or two. Trust me it builds character.

He did fantastically! We were supposed to go for another ride today, but we had other commitments that we had of forgotten about lol. Looks like our next ride might be Wednesday or Thursday this week. Probably Thursday depending on the heat.

So what is the difference in usage.? Are the purposes different.? I use to bed duck stalls… is one better than the other.?
Both are great at being used for bedding but wheat straw has a naturally occurring wax coating that allows for moisture to slide off easier therefore stays a little cleaner, Barley straw is better for Donkey feed because there is no coating the the barley is healthier for them as forage and is more palatable.
